1. Company Overview
Happy Jewelry INC provides Software-as-a-Service support, technology consulting, cloud-based business tools, workflow automation, web application support, API integrations, reporting dashboards, documentation, and ongoing technical maintenance.
2. Services Provided
Our services may include SaaS setup, software configuration, custom web application support, workflow automation, cloud platform assistance, API integrations, dashboard reporting, technical documentation, cybersecurity access planning, website technology support, and digital operations support. Specific services, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are based on the approved quote, invoice, statement of work, or project agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, required account access, business requirements, content, approvals, and other materials needed to complete the work. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any materials, data, software accounts, logos, content, or systems they provide.
4. Quotes, Payments & Security
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Payment terms will be stated on the applicable invoice, quote, agreement, or checkout page. Some projects may require a deposit before work begins.
Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL protection. Client billing information is handled only for authorized service payments and is not stored, sold, rented, or shared by Happy Jewelry INC.
5. Service Fulfillment
All SaaS, software support, workflow automation, web application, technology consulting, and digital platform deliverables are provided digitally through email, scheduled meetings, written reports, technical documentation, configured software tools, system access, testing updates, and approved project milestones.
6. Turnaround Times & Revisions
Estimated timelines may vary based on project size, complexity, software requirements, third-party tools, client responsiveness, approvals, and revision requests. Projects may include a limited number of revisions depending on the approved scope. Additional revisions, feature requests, configuration changes, or custom development may require additional fees.
7. Third-Party Services
Some services may depend on third-party software, hosting platforms, APIs, plugins, cloud systems, or external vendors. Happy Jewelry INC is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, data loss, policy changes, or limitations caused by third-party providers.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Happy Jewelry INC retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, internal systems, processes, documentation structures, and reusable technical methods. Client-specific final deliverables may be transferred or licensed to the client after full payment is received, according to the approved project scope.
9. Acceptable Use
Clients agree not to use our services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized activity, including spam, malware, phishing, unauthorized data access, or violation of third-party rights.
